Prince-Wright joins the group from investment firm Basil Capital where he has spent the past 10 years as partner and director.
He boasts more than 30 years of experience in a number of senior roles with international private and quoted businesses, including time as director at Pepsi-Cola International and chief financial officer positions across Diageo, Burger King EMEA and the Asia Pacific drinks division.
Financial experience

Howard’s appointment comes as Green Beverage embarks on its global expansion strategy. In recent months, Green Cola has expanded its footprint in the US through a new agreement with Walmart.com and has secured listings in the UK with Sainsbury’s, Amazon, and Holland & Barratt via its UK licensee.

Meanwhile, frozen finger food manufacturer Innovate Foods has appointed Chris Duke as its new head of operations. He joins the business from Finnebrogue Artisan, where he spent the past four years as operations director.
