Checkweigher has USB stick data save facility

The Sartorius EWK 3000 checkweigher enables data archiving on to a USB memory stick.

Until now the recording of process data for dynamic checkweighers has been carried out either by: generating a hard copy print out, which means data is lost if the printout is lost and data has to be manually archived; or by integrating the checkweigher into an ethernet environment, where administration, monitoring, valuation and archiving of data is via server PC and connected to PC client devices.

With the USB Print option, process technology specialist Sartorius is offering a third reliable method of collecting data quickly and conveniently without a network link. The USB Print stick offers a solution for those manufacturers that do not want to install a network, but want to save data effortlessly while on the move.
