BHJ UK Protein Foods has strengthened its national sales team tomeet growing national demand by appointing Tom Cooke as account manager.
Based in Tipton in the West Midlands, BHJ UK Protein Foods is the largest manufacturer of meat protein products in the UK, developing a wide range of functional meat ingredients for use across the processed meat sector.
He will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships withexisting customers as well as developing new business primarily in thenorth and east of England.
Tom brings many years' experience in the meat and wider food industry to BHJ, having both a technical and commercial background.
