Patak's is restructuring its management team to create a more dynamic organisational structure within the business.

The most significant changes are the promotion of Jonathan Bye to group director, commercial operations and general manager of foods and breads, and Sean Kenny to group director, operations and general manager, chilled and frozen.

Bye will be responsible for Patak's ambient grocery products including pastes and sauces as well as bread and snack products such as naans, chapattis, and pappadums.

Kenny will be responsible for frozen ranges including ready meals and snacks as well as the growth of the recently acquired chilled business which supplies products to the foodservice and retail sectors.

The change will allow Bye and Kenny to focus on major business and operational issues including manufacturing efficiencies, sales promotion spend and customer service in their respective areas.

Both continue to report to group md, David Page.

Other recently announced promotions within the Patak's group of companies are as follows:

Kiran Patel to group director - finance

Andrew Downie to director - manufacturing and supply chain
