Dairy Crest Ingredients has appointed Bronwen Roberts as a development technologist, joining the company’s technical team, based at Crudgington in Telford.

Bronwen brings both expertise and experience to her new post having worked throughout her career as a food technologist in the value-added dairy industry, including an earlier spell as a member Dairy Crest’s technical team when it was first established almost two decades ago

She worked at Dairy Crest’s Maelor Creamery before taking up appointments with both Milk Marque and the Milk Group. More recently Bronwen was appointed raw materials co-ordinator for Rowan Foods - part of the Oscar Mayer Group in Wrexham, producing chilled ready meals for supermarkets.

Bronwen will fulfill a key role within the technical team working with Simon Hunt, Dairy Crest Ingredients’ Development Manager.
