Andrew Davidson has been appointed operations director at Finsbury Food subsidiary Nicholas & Harris’s Salisbury bakery.
The bakery, which employs 160 people, bakes premium craft and organic breads, rolls and buns for major retailers.
Davidson, who led the team that won Cranfield University’s Best Factory Award when employed by Vitacress Salads, said: “I am looking forward to the very different challenges that working in this new business will bring.”
Nicholas & Harris md Simon Staddon said: “Andrew has been recruited to help us develop Nicholas & Harris through our next stage of growth.
