Kate’s Cakes has appointed Emma Burke as technical director to its Board.
Burke initially joined Kate’s Cakes in May 2005 as procurement technologist, a role which led to technical development manager, before assuming her new position on the Board of Directors. Prior to Kate’s Cakes, she was technical manager on salad crops at Tesco and senior technical manager at Wight Salads.
