Dawn Foods appoints new bakery technician
Sweet bakery specialist Dawn Foods has appointed a new bakery technician for its Evesham site.
Lucy Baylem, who has previously worked as a craft baker and cake decorator, joins the company after gaining her professional qualifications in bakery, cake decoration and sugar flowers. She is also the winner of three national cake competitions.
Baylem’s new role includes producing samples of the company’s American sweet bakery products for Dawn’s customers across Europe. She says: “I’m really enjoying working for Dawn and learning more about the industry and its effects on the products I’m involved with.”
