Three meat processors in Ireland have invested in the latest food processing and cooking equipment from Interfood Technology. McCaughey Foods, Brady Family Ham and Rib World have purchased a range of equipment, from Maurer-Atmos cookers to Poly-clip clipping machines and Weber Slicers - all designed to enhance their product offerings and meet their growing customer demands.

McCaughey Foods and Rib World have installed Maurer-Atmos ovens, each adapted to suit the needs of their food manufacturing techniques. McCaughey Foods, a family run business specialising in supplying a broad range of high quality cooked meats to major wholesale retailers has bought two ovens incorporating a roasting facility.

Rib World, which specialises in cooked pork ribs, bought its second Maurer-Atmos cooker, along with a Schroeder Imax Injector (pictured), as a result of a long standing relationship with Interfood, to meet increasing demand from foodservice groups and the retail sector. Interfood modified the oven and the injector to suit Rib World's characteristic method of injection, marination and brine solution treatment.

Family-run Brady Family Ham produces a range of traditional, glazed and breaded cooked hams. Needing to meet the requirements of the major supermarkets it supplies throughout Ireland, Brady Family Ham is now in the process of buying a new oven through Interfood Technology.
