Fengrain gets new chairman
Paul Wilkinson, who has extensive food industry experience, has been appointed chairman of East Anglian grain trading cooperative Fengrain.
Wilkinson joined the Fengrain board as an independent non-executive director in August 2007 as part of a review of the board’s governance and strategic direction. His career has encompassed senior appointments in food companies including Eden Vale and Express Dairies and RHM’s food and milling businesses.
Fengrain chief executive Mark Isaacson said: “Paul’s wealth of experience in the food industry will be a major asset to the Fengrain board as we work to develop a business focused on gaining added value and delivering first class service to grain farmers and buyers alike.”
