Clearly a more natural flavour
Flavour and fragrance specialist Treatt has unveiled the latest additions to its natural Treattarome range of clear distillates: Black Raspberry, Marionberry, Pear and Papaya. The new flavours will be added to the From The Named Food range of flavour ingredients.
Black Raspberry Treattarome and Marionberry - the result of a cross between Chehalem and Olallieberry blackberries - may both be used in fruit drinks in varying doses.
Papaya Treattarome offers a tropical fruity flavour, while Pear Treattarome has been distilled from the European pears and is designed to add a natural pear flavour to a range of applications from beverages to dairy products and desserts.
All ingredients are available in water-soluble, high-impact distillates which are suitable for use in a multitude of applications, including beverages, alcoholic drinks, dairy and confectionery products.
