Versatility is the goal of the Vemag Dough Divider from Reiser. Suitable for all types of bread, bun, roll and English muffins, the Vemag is easily adjustable to produce a range of exact weight portions, dough absorptions and crumb structures.
At the heart of the design is the pumping element - the double screw transport system. The double screw features positive displacement, which assures gentle and consistent handling of the dough without overworking it, plus consistent exact weight portions at 1% standard deviation. This accuracy eliminates start-up tinkering time, rework and waste.
It can run a variety of absorption levels with a change of the double-screws, which can be swapped out in seconds so that bakers can run everything from bread doughs to batters. The divider can run bread dough in single or double lanes at over 200 exact-weight pieces a minute.
