Sweet bakery specialist Dawn Foods has promoted European business analyst Stuart Deakin to the position of operations manager for the UK.
Stuart now has responsibility for all the production and warehousing of product in the Evesham plant, including plant maintenance and engineering. He will manage 100 staff, producing in the region of 400t of dry mix and 30t of cake per week.
Deakin has been with Dawn Foods for nearly nine years having joined as a management accountant in September 2000.
