Bakemark UK has reformulated its Arkady-branded range of bread improvers to improve their performance and value. The range includes Diamond 2000 Ultimate, which provides excellent processing tolerance, volume and an even crumb structure; Sapphire, which offers good volume, softness and crumb structure; and Zircon dough conditioner, which has a good all round performance.
