The final frontier for healthy food
Before the firm made its move into food manufacturing, it did extensive research to ensure that it chose the right processing equipment for its production line.
After several trials, Frontier Foods opted for a system supplied by Rospen specialist in high-precision weighing and metering systems for powders, granules and liquids. Rospen designed a new production line that took the raw materials in a bulk form and, using a system of loss in weight feeders, produced a uniform product.
Rospen was involved at every stage of the system's development, from concept and design, through to final installation and commissioning, which included installation of structural steelwork at Frontier's facility.
