The deal covers 37 facilities in Scotland, four in Northern Ireland, and Diageo's packaging, canning and bottling plant at Runcorn in Cheshire.
Diageo has recently embarked on an internal Asset Management Improvement System (AMIS) audit and views the effective sourcing and management of MRO spares as integral to the success of this initiative.
Tony McCartney, supplier performance manager at Diageo, said: "In partnering with Brammer, Diageo's Manufacturing Services Procurement Team feels that we are now well placed to deliver great value to the business in the coming years. Brammer's expertise in sourcing and technical know-how, strengthened by the network of industry experts at its disposal, gives us a real opportunity to reduce our operating costs significantly."
