Multi-crumbed coat of many changeovers
The SUV Breader is one of the new range of Stein coating equipment designed to allow more flexible configurations, with a variety of products processed in the same line. It is available in 600mm or 1,000mm usable belt widths, which can be hydraulically or electrically driven.
"The SUV is the only breader on the market designed specifically to enable quick changeovers from flour coating to crumb without changing the line set up," says Barry Jackson, JBT FoodTech's UK regional sales manager. "The transformation requires no tools and greatly reduces the downtime associated with product changeovers."
The SUV breader also adheres to JBT FoodTech's Hygiene-by-Design construction principles due to its open frame design, stainless steel components, easy access for cleaning and minimal parts removal.
