The Department of Health (DoH), which has now taken over responsibility for this from the Food Standards Agency, has published the deal's highlights on its web site. The deal will be launched over the next few months.
At Food Manufacture's 'Reformulation conference' in London on February 8, Dr Clair Baynton, deputy director of nutrition science and delivery health and wellbeing, DoH, will outline the changes.
