Traysealer packs a semi-automatic punch
Multivac’s new T 100 model is designed for semi-automatic packaging of very small batches.
It can be placed on a table or a sales counter and only needs a power supply to operate no cooling water or compressed air are necessary. Despite its compact design, the T 100 has a vacuum and gas supply system and can be used for modified atmosphere packing production.
Meanwhile, the T300 (pictured) extends Multivac's range of automatic traysealers. It seals roughly 20 packs a minute, feeds the trays automatically and consumes less energy with the use of electric lifting units. Compressed air is only required for the sealing procedure.
Changing the format is easy as it is supported by the software and tools are not needed nor is a change trolley.
