Holmesterne strengthens management team

North Yorkshire-based food manufacturer, Holmesterne has strengthened its management team with the appointment of two new executives.

As new head of the sales team, Tim Taylor will provide strategic direction and ensure effective response to customer requirement, according to Holmesterne.

Passionate leader

Keith Tindell, md at Holmesterne, said: ”Tim is a senior figure in the industry and we are particularly impressed with his track record of maintaining high service level to customers and opening up new channels. It is clear that he is both a passionate team leader and player.”

The firm also appointed Matt Carter, who will head the new product development team.

Carter, formally of SK Chilled, is a trained chef and has over 25 year’s experience in both retail and food service.

He has previously worked alongside many leading chefs including, Gordon Ramsey.

The new team will continue to develop the company’s short batch production of both raw and cooked meats and vegetables and the creation of bespoke products.
