Adam Davies will bring 15-years’ experience to his new role of bakery technician.
Davies spent the past three years at foodservice firm the Compass Group, before this he spent four years in Navy. Prior to this he worked as a chef for Bakers Oven.
“It’s great to be joining a company that produces such high quality bakery ingredients – and particularly to be in a role right at the heart of all the product development action,” said Davies.
Andrew Gaunt, who has 23-years’ experience in the craft bakery sector, has joined the company as test baker.
