Bakkavor sells ready meals business in Czech Republic
The sale to Yazico Investments and Axentia Financial Consultants was not deemed to be a material disposal for the group.

Heli Food Fresh manufactures chilled and pasteurised ready meals for the Central European retail market. All Heli Food Fresh workers will transfer with the business to its new owners.
