In his new role Branagh will oversee all on-site production at BHJ’s manufacturing plant in Tipton, West Midlands and manage a team of 28.
He joins BHJ from Premier Foods, where he was production line manager at its Knighton site in Staffordshire.
He said he was excited to be part of BHJ’s plans for growth.

BHJ’s factory manager Paul Setchell said: “Branagh brings with him a wealth of relevant experience and it’s great to have him on board.”
BHJ has produced functional proteins for meat manufacturers for more than 40 years.
Its product portfolio provides applications for a range of meat products aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing formulation costs, helping customers boost their competitive advantage, the firm claimed.
