EHL appoints new product development manager
Her initial role will be to create innovative conventional and organic dry ingredient blends, such as coatings, rubs, seasonings and dry marinades for meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
Her main focus will be on the UK food manufacturing, food service, catering, bakery, snacks, wholesale and cash and carry sectors.
Davis will bring over 27 years’ experience to the role, gained at firms such as MRC, Kentucky Fried Chicken and on brands including Knorr, Hellman’s and Robertson’s.
Davis said she was excited to be joining the Stockport-based firm.
Expansion plans
“Creating and launching new blends is paramount to the company’s expansion plans this year, as marinades, coatings and rubs are a fast growing food trend that demands constant attention and modification,” she added.
