Elite wraparound cartoning system to be launched at the show

Visitors to the Kliklok stand will see a live demonstration of the new equipment, which is designed to handle more complex meal trays, tubs or pot shapes individually, in multi-packs or layered in a wide range of formats.

Capable of improving flexibility on the production line, the Elite is said to adapt easily to different pack styles, making it ideal for full sleeves, wraparound sleeves and gusseted packs as well as upright shelf-ready display-style cartons.

Thanks to a new modular design, it also enhances functionality and repeatability, helping manufacturers adapt to changing market requirements. It features a choice of twin- or triple-arm carton feeders to improve handling and is designed to increase throughput rates on high-speed lines. It is capable of packaging at speeds of up to 300 cartons a minute, dependent on flight pitch.

The Certiwrap Elite's open-framed hygienic design improves access for both the operator and engineers as they can now access the equipment from either side of the machine.
