Fearnley-Brown will bring more than 25 years’ experience to the role, gained at firms including Oscar Mayer, Northern Foods, 2 Sisters Food Group and Roberts Bakery.
The Derby-based business’ ceo, Perween Warsi, said his appointment came after the introduction of major business efficiencies led by an innovative new product development programme and new strategic customer relationships.
“Fearnley-Brown will play a pivotal role in enabling us to manage current partnerships and to expand our customer base, with the support of a strong and highly committed team,” she added.
Personality of the year
Warsi was awarded the Food manufacturing excellence award for Personality of the year in 2012.
