Meat processing demos in Copenhagen
Equipment on show will include everything from the deboning and trimming of primal meat cuts, all the way through to product dispatch. A full sausage line will be demonstrated, together with a schnitzel line, marinated beef steak line, and minced meat line. Marel will also show applications for by-products, pig head deboning and meat harvesting, while demonstrating its Innova software.
During the day, speakers will provide insights into the latest global trends and developments in red meat processing and during a dinner in the evening guests will be able to continue discussions with colleagues and customers.
During the week of the Meat ShowHow, further sessions and customised demonstrations can be arranged. These will enable Marel to explore processing options for specific needs.
