Hygienic decanter for cheesemaking

Hygienic decanter technology for dairy will be shown by GEA Westfalia. The Separator ecoforce decanter series can be used to make processed cheese, curd cheese bars and bakers’ cheese.

Processing of cheese fines, as well as lactose and casein production, is assisted by the design of the decanter, which has been optimised for making sensitive food products. The equipment meets European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group specifications.
