Loma launches new suite of client services
Metal detection, checkweighing and X-ray inspection equipment supplier Loma Systems, which works with companies such as chilled foods specialist Bakkavor, has introduced a new suite of service agreements to complement its expanded range of aftermarket services.
Services offered range from production line design and consultation, demonstration and testing of facilities, to training for the latest British Retail Consortium and other retailer specifications. It also provides a spares service and machine hire.
The updated service contracts are available in three tiers: premium, validation and calibration, which lets clients choose the level of support they need to meet their needs. All three agreements give various benefits.
“In the current market, the cost of having a service agreement can be a big consideration for a manufacturer,” says Tony Bryant, Loma’s UK sales director. “This revamped range means our customers can accurately budget their service expenditure.”
