Hall, technical manager at Bernard Matthews, told FoodManufacture.co.uk’s camera he was “proud” to see off such important competition to be crowned Personality of the Year.
Winning the Company of the year accolade “meant everything” to Moy Park, its human resources director Mike Mullan told us.

The FMEAs were hosted by television presenter Mark Durden-Smith at the Lancaster Hotel in London on November 3.
