Dalziel strengthens its food technology team

Smith has joined from the manufacturing division of supermarket chain Morrisons, and will be responsible for offering guidance to customers on processing and production methods, and recipe ideas, using his specialist knowledge gained during a 30-year career in the food manufacturing sector.

Dalziel Ingredients is a supplier of functional and flavoured blended ingredients to savoury food processors.

Sales focus​

Richard Wilson, sales director at Dalziel Ingredients, said: “Graham's focus will be on developing our sales in the cooked and cured meat sector, such as ham, gammon and bacon.​
