Food boss: people integral to business growth

Retaining knowledgeable employees who are committed to the business is the key to any successful food manufacturing business, according to one food boss.

The knowledge and enthusiasm gained from long-serving employees has been the key to success for the bakery products manufacturer, Dawn Foods’ cluster director Chris Jenkins told FoodManufacture.co.uk in this exclusive video interview.

“Our people make our business and without them the business would not be as successful as it is,” he said.

“We’re very fortunate that we’ve got a number of people who’ve been here for a considerable part of their career.”
