A high purity trans-resveratrol, resVida has been ruled safe in doses of 150mg per day as a supplement in capsule or tablet form. It can also be used in baked cereal bars, reduced fat yogurts and a wide range of beverages.
According to producer DSM, resVida is backed by a raft of scientific studies that indicate it can help maintain healthy blood pressure, blood glucose and insulin activity.
