Natural flavouring range boosted by garlic and onion

A natural flavouring product range has been extended to include garlic, and white and red onion.

The new IsoFresh flavours are designed to maximise the freshness profile of garlic and onion throughout the canning process, maker Kalsec said.

“Not only can IsoFresh outperform fresh garlic and onion in flavour and aroma characteristics, it may also provide significant cost savings,” said John Weaver, Kalsec executive product director for spice and herb flavour extracts.

Other products in the range include: basil, dill, ginger, mint, oregano, parsley and thyme.
