Claimed to offer all required shades of colour, the Exberry savoury range can be used in all applications – including meat and meat analogues, ultra-high temperature processing and instant soups, wet and dry mix sauces, dips pickles and seasonings.
Available in powder or liquid form, the colours do not stain equipment, so production is not hindered, GNT said.
“The savoury market is still mostly coloured by spices and additives,” said Paul Collins, director of international sales and marketing at GNT.
