Trend reporting software for online inspection

In response to feedback from food processors, Loma Systems has launched version two (v2) of its Trending-Reporting-Analysis-Capture-Software (TRACS).

Designed to reduce the costs of manufacture and improve efficiencies, the graphical network-based tool monitors the performance of Loma’s inspection equipment and offers better functionality, reporting and user experience, claims the company.

Like its predecessor, v2 of TRACS has been developed in conjunction with Loma’s partner AutoCoding Systems.

It runs over a customer’s factory network and provides real-time feedback across all lines in a central format for analysis and reporting of key measurements such as giveaway or metal count.

It allows factory managers to see instant machine status and quickly rectify inefficiencies.

To demonstrate compliance with current legislation, it enables information relating to contaminant detection rates, weight and over-fill records to be compiled quickly.
