Spring X-tra Life & Taste is based on organic acids resulting from fermentation, assuring the product is natural, said maker Millbo.
The product can be used to enhance bakery products for a “touch of Italian for the satisfaction of the most demanding and curious palates”, it added.
Millbo’s offer includes: sourdough and cultures to improve the aroma, taste and quality of bread; natural colour malts; a complete range of both pure and blended enzymes; and tailor-made bakery mixes for special breads and snacks.
“We can create unique formulas tailored to one’s needs,” said Millbo president Alessandro Boggiani.
