Take our food safety survey and win £100

Food and drink firms are being invited to enter an annual food safety survey that is offering participants the chance of winning £100 in Amazon vouchers.

Taking no more than two minutes to complete, the survey will shine a light on the food industry’s main food safety concerns, and pave a way to finding solutions. Please click here to enter – your anonymity will be assured. The deadline for survey submissions is next Wednesday (6 June).

Results of the survey will be revealed at Food Manufacture’s Food Safety Conference, which takes place in Birmingham on 21 June.

Business-critical issues

Entitled ‘A focus on future law and threats’, the conference will cover a range of business-critical food safety issues, including regulation, data sharing, product recall, blockchain and allergen control.

The early-bird delegate price of £336 (+VAT) is available until midnight next Monday (14 May), when it will rise to £420 (+VAT). To book a place, please email or call Elizabeth Ellis on 01293 846593.

Leading the conference line-up is Nina Purcell, director of Wales and local delivery at the Food Standards Agency, who will offer an update on the move to a new risk-based approach to inspecting food and drink businesses.
