The event, sponsored by ESB Energy and hosted by Food Manufacture editor Rod Addy, will explore how food and drink manufacturers can offset rising production costs through increased efficiency and better use of resources – including renewable energy.
Experts from across the industry will help delegates weigh up the options and answer the key questions, such as how can number crunching and cost reduction save the planet? Have the easy wins all been considered? What sort of benefits can they really deliver and are they worth the effort? And is tackling a major project more trouble than it’s worth?
