The Food Manufacture Excellence Awards, fondly regarded as the Oscars of the food and drink industry, gives business the chance to be recognised for their hard work and commitment to the sector.
Deserving of recognition
This recognition has become even more well deserved as the industry battles against a mounting onslaught of challenges – from the war in Ukraine to the fallout of Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our category awards shine a light on leaders in individual sectors of the industry, with prizes for everything from Ambient Manufacturing Company of the Year, Frozen Foods Manufacturing Company of the Year and Bakery Manufacturing Company of the Year.
This year also sees the introduction of the Pet Food Manufacturing Company of the Year, as well as an expansion to the Partnership Award – previously known as the Service Provider Partnership Award – to include customers such as retailers or foodservice businesses.

Previous winners of the coveted title Food Manufacture Company of the Year include Nim’s Fruit Crisps, Charlie Bigham’s and Cranswick.
