Joanna Allen will step up to lead the mochi business on 3 June 2024, moving across from her current position as Graze’s chief executive.
Allen comes with more than 20 years of experience, which includes helping to scale-up brands as well as manage global portfolios at the likes of Coca-Cola and Unilever.
In this new role, she will support Little Moons to implement its own growth plans and international expansion.
“The incredible success Little Moons has seen over the last few years have been phenomenal,” she commented. “I’m looking forward to joining the business at such a pivotal moment as it continues to gain global momentum. Working alongside Howard and Vivien, I’m delighted to support Little Moons in its next exciting phase of growth.”
Vivien Wong, co-founder of Little Moons, who is currently acting as interim CEO, said the business was thrilled to welcome Allen with her “impressive track record and vast industry knowledge”.

News of Allen joining the company also comes alongside the possible consolidation of the manufacturer’s operations.
