Following its acquisition by Paramount Retail Group (PRG), the Yorkshire-based brewery is at the precipice of an ‘exciting’ growth, as it gets set to become a major player in the UK craft beer scene.

Since 2006, Saltaire has made a name for itself in Yorkshire. Now, following on from PRG’s acquisition of the brewery, it is embarking on a mission to elevate its presence in craft beer, with a nation-wide roll-out of its products across UK pubs and restaurants.

"At Saltaire, our goal has always been to craft exceptional beer for drinkers everywhere. We firmly believe if you’re going to brew beer, you must do it right; it’s non-negotiable,” commented Saltaire Brewery’s sales director Nick Helliwell.

“That is why we’re so thrilled about our partnership with Paramount Retail Group. It gives us greater capacity to bring our beers to more people, all the while allowing us to uphold our commitment to excellence on a national scale - without ever having to compromise on quality."

As the brewery embarks on this next chapter, it says it is resolved to continue to innovate, experiment with flavours, and deliver the ‘exceptional quality’ that's made it a Yorkshire icon.

Saltaire has a collection of beers, including its Blonde ale, South Island Pale Ale, and Tripel Choc created in collaboration with Montezuma’s, which is also under the PRG umbrella.

The Yorkshire brewery also joins Bristows of Devon and Tilley’s of Devon as Paramount continues to diversify its UK portfolio.
