Drink to instant powder colour
Responding to a growing trend in the international beverage industry, Chr Hansen has launched I-Colors: a range of instant natural colours for powder soft drinks in single-shot sleeves.
Powder soft drinks are dissolved in water for an instant product and offer an alternative to branded carbonated drinks and water.
The colours are designed to be cost-effective while appealing to consumers. They can colour all components in powder mixes, dissolve smoothly and easily and can be blended to achieve many different shades.
"With their ability to withstand warm conditions and having long shelf-life, powder beverages are especially popular in South America and Asia," says Ji Hoong Too, product manager, Natural Colours Division with Chr Hansen.
I-Colors are available in yellow for lemon flavours, orange for orange, red for strawberry and magenta/purple for grape.
