Food Manufacture’s annual Business Leaders’ Forum has become a must-attend for food and drink industry experts – but as an invite-only event, how do you get on the guestlist?

Death by PowerPoint - we’ve all been there. That’s why Food Manufacture’s Business Leaders’ Forum stands out as such a crowd favourite.

What can I expect at the Forum?

Taking a fresh, unique approach, the Forum is designed to be an interactive conversation between food and drink professionals.

Think of it like a panel – but everyone in the room is involved, with the chair keeping the flow of the conversation going.

The agenda is shaped by the attendees and allows for fluidity on the day too, so that delegates can share what’s on their mind in the moment. Whether you’re keen to share best practice, ask your peers for advice, meet new people, or find new opportunities and solutions, it’s not one to be missed.

Everything discussed is also under Chatham House rules, giving way to a frank, honest and genuinely helpful conversation – with networking breaks weaved in, and food and drink available to keep guests fuelled throughout the day.

While the event is a great way to share problems, it’s also a platform for solutions. With many attending the Business Leaders’ Forum regulars, we revisit topics to understand progress and bottlenecks. Moreover, as a more recent addition to the event, we now invite specialist speakers to host solution-driven workshops in the afternoon, focused on a big challenge raised in the previous Forum’s discussion.

Our goal is to inspire positive change, not to simply dwell on challenges, and empower you to make meaningful improvements.

How do I get on the guestlist?

Whether you’re the founder of a food business or a departmental head within a F&B manufacturing company – across any division, from technical to logistics to R&D, and of any size – from start-up to conglomerate – we want you to attend.

If this sounds like you, all you need to do is register here.​ Your application will be vetted, and subject to meeting the above requirements, you’ll receive details of the next event.

Once you have registered, you’ll become part of the Business Leaders’ community, receiving invites for future Forums and a special newsletter with exclusive content.

When is the next event?

The next event will take place on 13 February 2025 in London, with industry representatives able to register here for free.

Plus - due to high demand, we will now be hosting two Forums annually, with the second event scheduled for 26 June 2025. Each Forum will cover distinct topics, so be sure to attend both for the best experience!
