Servo-driven tray bake portioning
Developed for cutting and portioning tray-baked products, the Soni-Cut system uses a combination of a servo-driven conveyor and three further servo axes to provide flexibility for lateral and longitudinal cuts on a wide range of products, using the latest ultrasonic technology.
The system enables either fully integrated or standalone operation, to suit low-, medium- or high-volume production.
