Full steam ahead

Installation of a Mauting 4-trolley steam cooker by Union Food Machinery (UFM) at RWM Food Group has been followed up by an order for a second identical oven. The new order aims to meet the increasing demand for RWM's range of convenience sous-vide cooked meat products.

The company, based near Langport in Somerset, is increasingly complementing its offer to the wholesale meat market with the new range for both retail and foodservice customers. It includes products such as a barbecue pork rib-rack, lamb shanks and shoulder, beef ribs, chicken and duck - all available with a range of sauces.

RWM md Graham Heffer says: "It was not a difficult choice to add to our existing oven, supplied by UFM. They offer great value, high quality and service."

UFM is the sole UK agent for the Mauting range of meat ovens, smokers, chillers and associated cooking products.
