Mindful Chef partners with ZOE on healthy recipe range
The agreement means that six recipes by ZOE co-founder and #1 Sunday Times bestselling author Professor Tim Spector will feature on the Mindful Chef menu from 3 to 16 November 2024.
The recipes are all taken from Spector’s new book, The Food for Life Cookbook, and embody ZOE's core nutritional principles such as incorporating 30 different plants per week and minimising the consumption of ultra-processed foods.
The dishes, which are available now, include ‘Smoky Hake, Artichoke & Sundried Tomato Stew’, ‘Aubergine Parmigiana’, ‘Sweetcorn & Spinach Dhal with Curried Cashews’, ‘Roasted Squash’, ‘Beetroot, and Kale with Toasted Grains’, ‘Red Pepper Quinoa Salad with Kefir Dressing’ and ‘Gochujang Bean Bowl with Eggs & Kimchi’.
Founded in 2015, Mindful Chef has worked with several partners from across the food sector in the past including Deliciously Ella, Leon, Wahaca, Nando’s, Hawksmoor, Giggling Squid and Rukmini Iyer.
No ‘compromising on quality’
Commenting on the partnership, Spector said: “The Food for Life Cookbook brings to life my six key guiding principles for health in over 100 delicious and nourishing recipes, showing just how simple and enjoyable it can be to adapt to a way of eating that’s great for your gut.
“This partnership with Mindful Chef makes it easier and quicker for people to eat the ZOE way, without compromising on quality.”
Meanwhile, Mindful Chef co-founder Giles Humphries said that the firm was thrilled to collaborate with ZOE and make their “science-first approach to healthy eating” available to its customers.
“At Mindful Chef, we’re committed to making healthy eating easier, and these new recipes from The Food for Life Cookbook perfectly align with that mission,” said Humphries.
“By incorporating a variety of plants and gut-friendly foods, we’re making it easier for our community to enjoy delicious meals that support overall well-being. It’s an exciting step forward in promoting healthier, more mindful eating.”
